Downtown Austin is not just a neighborhood for young professionals and there is much more to the area than the rowdy crowd on 6th Street. More and more residents looking to downsize are selling their large houses in the suburbs and buying a luxury, full service condo Downtown. With restaurants, shopping, coffee, museums, entertainment and parks steps from your door, you won’t have to get in your car every time you want to get a cup of coffee or see a movie. Plus, many of these luxury condos provide full service amenities like valet parking and on-site concierges without any exterior maintenance hassles so you can spend your time doing the things you love for once.
