Teravista residents not only have access to all of the great amenities that are open year round, but also have a very active HOA that plans activities for its residents, including snow during the Winter. There are 3 community pools, several fishing ponds and parks, playgrounds and hike and bike trails to name a few. The Teravista Amenity Center, located adjacent the Teravista Golf Club, has a fitness center, pool, tennis courts, pooch parlor, basketball court and a fishing pond. The Retreat has a community pool, BBQ grill and fire pit.
