It is one of the few new communities where solar panels are included with every home, making it ideal for someone looking for energy cost savings. Homes range in size from 1,349 – 2,744 sqft with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Located just north of E Howard Lane and Harris Ridge Blvd, residents enjoy easy access to 35, the Parmer Lane tech corridor and the toll roads. On one side of the neighborhood, you’ll find industrial complexes and the other you’ll find Stoney Creek Park and playground.
