Siena is a new master planned community first developed in 2013 and was completed in 2022. It used to be the only neighborhood in that area, but as Round Rock has continued to boom it is one of the first to occupy this area along CR 110. At build out, Siena will have, 2,800 homes which is large, but still smaller than neighborhoods planned around Siena. Developed by several builders with many different architectural styles, Siena is not cookie cutter. Some homes have a more traditional look, while others have a more modern look. Siena homes have better than average finish outs for their price range and is one of the reasons the neighborhood is so desirable. Conveniently located off 79 near 130 and 45, Siena is ideal for someone who needs to commute but wants to escape to a quiet neighborhood. If you’re looking for a newer home at an affordable price in a neighborhood with great amenities, Siena might be the place to start your search. Scroll Down to Read Our Siena Neighborhood Guide.
