Working with Rebecca Jacks was an absolute pleasure, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Our situation was anything … More but typical—we purchased our first property in Leander entirely remotely South Asia, navigating international time zones, embassy notarizations, and a complex loan process.
Rebecca handled every challenge with remarkable professionalism and patience. She took the time to understand our unique circumstances and was incredibly responsive, always available despite the significant time difference. Her deep knowledge of the Leander and Austin market proved invaluable—she helped us analyze school districts and rental yields, and even caught a roofing issue during inspection that saved us future headaches.
Buying property across borders can be daunting, but Rebecca made it seamless and stress-free. She is trustworthy, diligent, and genuinely invested in her clients' success. If you're looking for a realtor who delivers exceptional results, look no further. Thank you, Rebecca!
Have attached a photo with family while we were house-hunting with Rebecca last year in Round Rock area.

What an exceptional realtor! Rebecca was patient, gave great advice, and has a no pressure style that makes you comfortable … More asking questions and exploring options. She did a great job of helping us get our home ready, helping us prioritize what to do to prepare based on our goals, gave us good pricing advice, and was incredibly organized. She provided very useful market data and was diligent about negotiating on our behalf throughout the process in areas we hadn't even considered. She went above and beyond to make the process easy for us. It was the most painless real estate transaction that we've ever had.

From the very first meeting, Rebecca stood out for her honesty. She gave us clear market data, a realistic assessment, and … More zero pressure. What you get with her is straight talk and genuine guidance.
She guided us in getting our house on the market quickly, and made the whole process smooth. When our sale fell through after an appraiser significantly undervalued our home, she supported our decision to decline the lower offer and encouraged us to relist. She was confident the house would sell quickly at the right price, and she was right. It was back under contract within days and appraised at full value.
Throughout the process, she was consistently responsive and communicated well at every stage. Since we had to relocate before closing, she also checked in on the vacant property to make sure everything was in order. That kind of initiative isn't something you need to ask, she just did it.
If you want a realtor who is honest, professional, and genuinely invested in getting you the right outcome, Rebecca is exactly that. We would not hesitate to recommend her.

Rebecca was, and continues to be, an amazing real estate agent. She represented my husband and I as buyers on a large property … More with a ton of complexity (septic system, pool, propane, etc) and made sure we felt supported throughout the entire process. She never made me feel bad about my dozens of stupid questions and late night emails and always provided rapid and wise advice while letting me know I was in the drivers seat (I always took her advice though!)
Our lender put us through several last minute delays at closing and I felt like I didn’t just have an agent by my side, I had a therapist too 😅
We have bought and sold several homes and I could not recommend Rebecca more.

Rebecca was extremely patient with us. My wife and I thought we knew what we wanted but after looking at homes, we began … More to refine our search. Rebecca revised our search and just when I was about to give up, she found us the perfect house. Then her forte began to shine. She did a complete analysis of sales in the area (comps) and helped us develop our offer price. She was also invaluable at sorting through the inspection reports and helping us identify the most important issues and fighting for us to get those resolved. In the end, we ended up with a beautiful house.
