Meridian is the closest neighborhood to Circle C and is often confused as being a part of Circle C, which it isn’t. Meridian is an ideal choice for someone who wants to live on the golf course, but doesn’t want to pay Circle C golf course prices. Meridian was also built over a shorter period of time as Circle C, so you’ll see more uniformity there than in Circle C.

Built over two decades, you’ll find a range of housing styles and finish outs. Though half has an HOA, there are no amenities, which keeps dues low. Residents who choose Village at Western Oaks over Circle C don’t need the amenities in Circle C and don’t want to pay for them.
