Meridian is the closest neighborhood to Circle C and is often confused as being a part of Circle C, which it isn’t. Meridian is an ideal choice for someone who wants to live on the golf course, but doesn’t want to pay Circle C golf course prices. Meridian was also built over a shorter period of time as Circle C, so you’ll see more uniformity there than in Circle C.

Though half has an HOA, there are no amenities, which keeps dues low. Residents who choose Village at Western Oaks over Circle C don’t need the amenities in Circle C and don’t want to pay for them.
