San Gabriel River Estates HOA
San Gabriel River Estates is governed by the San Gabriel River Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., a Texas non-profit corporation established when the subdivision’s CC&Rs were recorded in Williamson County in November 1998.
HOA dues cover maintenance of common areas and shared amenities. Each lot owner also pays a separate Private Roadway Easement Maintenance fee. The roads inside San Gabriel River Estates are privately owned and will not be maintained by Williamson County, permanently. Road upkeep is the responsibility of the HOA and its members.
The CC&Rs cover:

- Architectural Control Committee approval: all exterior changes and new structures require written approval before work begins
- Exterior walls: must be at least 80% brick or masonry
