Built over the course of the last three decades, homes in Highland Creek Lakes range in style, size and finish out. Some of the neighborhood is paved and other parts are just dirt roads. Instead, Highland Creek Lakes is one of the Deer Creek Ranch neighborhoods that can join the voluntary Deer Creek Ranch Parks and Lakes Association. Membership is optional and gives you access to 33 acres of parkland and lakes, including hiking trails, fishing, paddling and water access, a beach, a gated playground and a volleyball area.
