The Retreat at Dripping Springs is a gated community of garden homes near Downtown Dripping Springs. Floor plans range from 1,700 – 2,400 sqft and have two and three bedroom options. The builder, Brookfield Residential, is building several different architectural styles. Everything from a more modern look to a Spanish style with tile roof to a more farmhouse style with a metal roof.
