Exterior maintenance is covered by the HOA, making them ideal for a busy professional who would rather spend time at nearby Brushy Creek Park or exploring Austin. Paradiso Villas have a range of homes with everything from a 1,300 square feet one story plan to a 2,100 square foot, two story plan. The units do all have two car garages, so if the only thing that’s stopping you from owning a condo is the lack of garage, that is not the case here.
