Highland Park is one of Pflugerville’s larger, master-planned communities that was developed by DR Horton as recently as 2018 and Capital Pacific and Lennar building from 2005-2008. Visually, the newer DR Horton homes are said to be built in “Hyde Park” style, so they look completely different than what you’d expect from this production builder and include front porches and front entry garages. Highland Park residents also get access to 100+ Acres of Parkland with a 1 mile hike and bike trail, community pool and pond and amenity center that includes basketball court, soccer field and a children’s playscape.
