If you’re looking for affordable golf course living, or a newish home that’s about 20 minutes from Downtown Austin, Meridian might be the place for you.

Spanish Oaks is one of the few neighborhoods in Austin with a 24/7 guard gate and is a popular choice among luxury home buyers who love to golf.
