We’re seeing more and more neighborhoods pop up along Highway 71. With the Hill Country Galleria, HEB and the many restaurants and shopping opening up along this well traveled road, its only a matter of time before even more homes are built. Aviara is a neighborhood of garden homes, or condos that look like single family homes. Garden homes are perfect for people who live busy lifestyles and don’t have the time or inclination to take care of exterior maintenance. The Ridge at Lantana is one of the newer neighborhoods along 71, especially one that’s only 8 miles from Downtown Austin.
