Meritage Homes builds Aviara Condominiums. They are the second builder to take over this plot of land when the first builder could no longer afford to continue the project.

There were 7 floor plans built in Southwest Austin’s Aviara neighborhood. They were 1 or 2 story plans with 3-5 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, 2 car garages and 1,400 – 2,800 sq ft of living space.
Inside you’ll find open floor plans, tile, stainless steel appliances and double paned windows. These homes are also Energy Star Qualified for energy efficient living.
This neighborhood is unique in that the homes resemble single family homes, but they are really condos, which means the HOA takes care of some exterior maintenance and you pay monthly dues. This can be a huge advantage for people who want the look and privacy of a single family home, but aren’t interested in doing yard work and exterior maintenance.
Built atop one of the highest points around, some Aviara homes have some very nice Hill Country Views. Either way, you’ll be able to enjoy the nice outdoor living spaces in your new home.
