Reagan is one of the larger elementary schools in Leander ISD. Enrollment peaked at 937 in 2020 and has eased to about 771 as the surrounding neighborhoods have matured. The student body is notably diverse: in 2024-25 about 31% of students were Asian, roughly 30% were emergent bilingual students learning English, and about 16% were recent immigrants. About 17% of students were identified as gifted and talented, and teachers averaged 11.8 years of experience. Keep in mind that the GreatSchools rating above and the TEA accountability rating below measure different things, so the two can tell somewhat different stories.
Academic Performance: Texas Education Agency Accountability Rating
Reagan Elementary received a B (86) in the Texas Education Agency’s 2025-26 accountability ratings, released in August 2026. That is down from an A (93) in 2024-25, which was the school’s best score in the current rating system. Student Achievement held steady at an A (90), and 60% of students scored at grade level or above on STAAR. The decline came from the other two domains. School Progress, which measures how much students grew on STAAR from one year to the next, fell from an A (93) to a B (81). Closing the Gaps, which tracks how each student group performs against state targets, fell from an A (92) to a C (78). Reagan was not identified for any federal support or improvement plan. For comparison, Leander ISD as a whole earned a B (87).
- Overall TEA Rating (2025-26): B (86)
- Student Achievement: A (90)
- School Progress: B (81)
- Closing the Gaps: C (78)
- Prior Overall Ratings: A (93) in 2024-25, B (89) in 2023-24, A (91) in 2022-23, B (87) in 2021-22, and B (88) in 2018-19 (no ratings were issued for 2019-20 or 2020-21)
Under TEA’s scale, an A reflects exemplary performance, B is recognized, C is acceptable, D needs improvement, and F is unacceptable. The 2022-23 and 2023-24 ratings were delayed by litigation over TEA’s methodology and were not released until 2025.

Reagan Elementary Attendance Zone Map
Reagan’s attendance zone covers about 3.4 square miles of eastern Cedar Park. It runs from Silver Oak, Creekview and Abrantes on the west, across North Vista Ridge Boulevard and Parmer Lane, to the Leander ISD and Round Rock ISD line inside Ranch at Brushy Creek on the east. Brushy Creek Road forms much of the southern edge, and the northern edge runs near Colonial Parkway and along Parmer Lane. Neighboring Leander ISD zones are Akin, Cox and Rutledge. To confirm the school for a specific address, use Leander ISD’s School Zone Finder.
Two boundary details are worth knowing. Ranch at Brushy Creek is split between school districts: its western sections, including Ranch at Brushy Creek North, are zoned to Reagan, while most of its eastern sections are in Round Rock ISD and zoned to Sommer Elementary. Also, the Whitestone Landing condos on East Whitestone Boulevard are often tagged Reagan in MLS but sit in the Akin zone. Leander ISD did not change Reagan’s boundaries for 2026-27. The only rezoning that year was the Faubion Elementary consolidation, which does not affect this zone.
Homes Zoned to Reagan Elementary: Market Stats
The figures below cover single-family homes sold through Unlock MLS that are zoned to Reagan Elementary. We pulled every Leander ISD sale tagged to Reagan, Henry Middle or Stiles Middle, and matched each address against Williamson County’s address points inside Leander ISD’s official Reagan attendance zone. Listings outside the zone were removed. Most of these sales are in Ranch at Brushy Creek, Silverado West and Silver Oak, with smaller numbers in Creekview, Breakaway Park, Abrantes, Reserve at Brushy Creek and Three Points.
3-Year Closed Sales Trend
| Period | Homes Sold | Median Sale Price | Median $/Sq Ft | Sale-to-List Ratio | Median Days on Market |
| Sept 2022 – Aug 2023 | 71 | $636,000 | $254.24 | 98.2% | 16 days |
| Sept 2023 – Aug 2024 | 44 | $591,000 | $240.14 | 98.2% | 17 days |
| Sept 2024 – Aug 2025 | 61 | $713,000 | $237.65 | 98.2% | 10 days |
| Trailing 12 Months (Sept 2025 – Aug 2026) | 69 | $640,000 | $222.03 | 98.1% | 19 days |
Data sourced from Unlock MLS. Statistics deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Single-family homes only. Each sale was matched against Leander ISD’s official attendance-zone boundaries. We left out 9 sales tagged Reagan in MLS that sit in the Akin, Cox or Reed zones (including the Whitestone Landing condos on East Whitestone Boulevard). We added 8 in-zone sales that MLS tagged to other schools. Sale-to-list ratio is the median of each sale’s close price divided by its final list price.
The median sale price in the Reagan zone was $640,000 over the trailing twelve months, about the same as the $636,000 median in 2022-23 and down 10.2% from a peak of $713,000 in 2024-25. Price per square foot gives a clearer picture of the trend, because the zone mixes $450,000 homes in Silverado West and Creekview with $1 million-plus homes in Ranch at Brushy Creek and Breakaway Park. That measure fell steadily, from $254.24 in 2022-23 to $222.03 over the past year, a decline of 12.7%.
Part of the 2024-25 spike came from the mix of homes that sold. That year included more sales in Ranch at Brushy Creek, Breakaway Park and Reserve at Brushy Creek, while the past twelve months leaned toward Silverado West. Sales volume has recovered from a low of 44 homes in 2023-24 to 69 over the past twelve months. Homes still sell quickly, with a median of 19 days on market, and sellers received a median of 98.1% of their final list price.
Current Inventory Snapshot
As of October 1, 2026
| Status | Count | Median List Price | Median Days on Market |
| Active | 21 | $600,000 | 62 days |
| Active Under Contract | 4 | $804,950 | 64 days |
| Pending | 0 | — | — |
Data sourced from Unlock MLS. Statistics deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Same zone check as above. Days on market is the median among listings that report it.
25 homes are currently active or under contract in the Reagan zone, and none are pending. With 21 active listings against about 5.75 sales a month over the past year, the zone has roughly 3.7 months of inventory, which still leans slightly toward sellers.
The median active list price of $600,000 is a bit below the trailing-twelve-month median sale price of $640,000, because most of the current listings are in Silverado West, Silver Oak and Creekview rather than the zone’s luxury sections. Active listings have been on the market a median of 62 days, much longer than the 19-day median for homes that actually sold. That gap suggests buyers are passing over listings that are priced too high. The under-contract median reflects only four homes, two of them $1.1 million-plus homes in Ranch at Brushy Creek.
