West Austin master planned communities

West Austin‘s master planned communities aren’t what you would expect. A few are built around a private country club, making the club the focal point of the community, rather than a community pool and park. Another is spread over several sections, which are very different with everything from 24/7 guard gated to a neighborhood of average size homes on average lots. You’ll find another that’s a master planned community of luxury estates. The remaining are the more traditional, suburban master planned community built around a community park, pool and on-site schools. But, because they are a few decades old, they won’t look cookie cutter. The trees have had time to mature and the rolling hills give each neighborhood a different look feel.
