It’s no secret East Austin is quickly becoming one of the city’s booming districts. Development started along 35, then moved to Airport and now we’re seeing the boom extend to 183. Buyers who are looking for value, close to Downtown and who have a little time to wait for the area to develop, East Riverside is a great place to consider. The East Riverside Area is Booming – And More is Expected to Come
Bottom line, the East Riverside area is poised to be a vibrant district only 3 miles from Downtown Austin. There is still plenty of vacant land for developers to transform into an urban core. Plus, with all of the development from 35 east, it won’t be long before Eastsiders won’t have to go west of 35.
