I love the tree at Zilker Park. Sad that the Trail of Lights isn’t happening this year. But on a much smaller note there is a nice Holiday light display along the River Walk in Bastrop starting December 9th!

Bring back the Trail of Lights and cut costs by eliminating some of the crud y’all call art around town. The Flipped on Christmas isn’t much of a replacement, if that’s what it’s meant to be. Very disappointed children after visiting Zilker this evening.

Hi Amy – That seems to be the sentiment around Austin. Hopefully the City will cut costs some other way and bring this great tradition back!
