This is a good list of app for those in the process of buying a home. However, there is one more I would like to share with home buyers. It is an app designed by a recent home buyer for home buyers.

My wife an I went through the emotionally draining yet exiciting process of buying our own home and the experiences learned from that went into the creation of an iPhone app just for home buyers. We are expecting to launch in the next month or so, but have a sneak peek on our Facebook page.

    http://www.facebook.com/Cre8tiveApps

In a nutshell, our app helps home buyers:
determine which home features are important to them and set the level of importance or priority per feature
share detailed features and priorities with Agent for improved search results
rate features enabled on a per house basis
share detailed feedback with Agent on properties viewed to date
manage notes, pictures and other important information for each property
compare properties based upon scores, not just emotions so they can make decisions on which property best meets their needs

    Regards,
    Jay Taylor

Jay – Thanks for the comment and this cool resource. It sounds like it will really help buyers think through their choices. We’re really looking forward to checking it out.
