Built exclusively by DR Horton, Southgrove is one of Kyle’s most affordable communities. Located in eastern Kyle, Southgrove does feel like it’s a bit outside of town as most of the area surrounding is more rural. However, that is quickly changing as developers come in and build homes. DR Horton builds 13 floor plans ranging from 1,489-2,608 square feet. Despite homes being more affordable, they are still finished out quite nicely inside with granite counters, painted cabinets, stainless steel appliances and wood look flooring.
