Steeplechase was built from 1997-2006 by Ryland, Main Street and KB Homes. You’ll find both single and two story homes with open floor plans ranging in size from 1,000-2,900 sqft. Many of the homes have been updated and have more hard floors than carpet, stainless steel appliances and some even granite counters. You’ll also find homes that have the original carpets and appliances if you prefer to do your own upgrades. Steeplechase Park, run by the City of Kyle and has 31 acres of open space, disc golf course, covered pavilion, kids playscapes, trails, basketball and football fields and a sand volleyball court.
