If you would have asked me to make a list of Liberty Hill maser planned communities five years ago, it would have been pretty short. Like most Austin area suburbs, Liberty Hill has experienced a significant population growth in the last decade. What started out as a small, rural Texas town has grown into a sizable suburb. We are now seeing massive master planned communities pop up, many with some pretty amazing amenities. And, as the area grows, I anticipate we will see more in the coming decade. If you’re looking to live in Liberty Hill, or want to see if there are less expensive options if you go a little further out, Liberty Hill might be the city to consider. Here is our list of Liberty Hill master planned communities as well as where they’re located, how much you can expect to pay, what amenities you can expect and what’s currently for sale there.
