East Village is Bee Cave’s newest development. Building began with Village Builders and when Lennar acquired Village Builders, they continued the development. Floor plans were designed to blend indoor and outdoor entertaining, so residents can take advantage of the serene setting in the Texas Hill Country. Inside you’ll find high ceilings, arches, tall windows and high end finish out. Outside you’ll find some European and some traditional architectural styles, so you won’t feel like you’re in a cookie cutter, suburban neighborhood. With small lots, the neighborhood feels a little urban and you are only a minute or two from the Hill Country Galleria and the Shops at the Galleria. But, you’ll also enjoy the greenbelt and Little Barton Creek which meaders around the back of the neighborhood.
