Lightsey Ridge is another of the new developments by PSW. This one sits atop a hill in a wooded neighborhood between South Lamar and Clawson. In typical PSW style, the homes are mostly modern two-story homes with neutral exteriors and wood accents. They have open interiors and large windows for natural light. Lightsey Ridge offers 11 floorplans, and range in size from 1,300 sqft (2 beds/2.5 baths) to 2,700 sqft (4 beds/3.5 baths). This area has changed dramatically, and all for the better, since we lived here in 2010. The neighborhood is located between 71 and South Lamar, making it convenient to restaurants and entertainment. There is also the nearby Tom Lasseter South Lamar Park offering a playscape and picnic tables.
