Rosedale is popular among young families and professionals looking for a family friendly community with a convenient Central Austin location. What started out as a neighborhood filled with many 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottages has grown into more 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes thanks to the large lots and residents’ desire to expand. You’ll still find the traditional 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottages, but you’ll also find quirky gardens, traditional and bohemian homes as well. Rosedale is a genuine mix of new and old Austin and that’s exactly what residents love about it. Scroll Down to Read our Rosedale Neighborhood Guide.
