The main difference between the different sections are lot size. There is a 55 foot width section, a 70 foot width section and a 100 foot width section and generally, the bigger the lot, the most expensive the home. Meridian is located at the intersection of F.M. 1826 and TX-45. The easiest access is from either FM 1826 by Dalea Drive or by Meridian Park Blvd off TX-45. If you’re traveling from MoPac, take MoPac until it dead ends into TX-45 and make a right.
