East Congress is what you’ll see on a Google Map in the area south of Ben White, north of Stassney, east of S Congress and west of 35. Officially, East Congress is made up of a few different neighborhoods – Battle Bend Springs, Colonial Trails and Greenwood Hills. Homes in East Congress were built from the mid 1960s to the mid 1970s, followed by Colonial Trails which was build in the mid 2000’s, so there is no “typical” East Congress home.
