Los Arboles is a fairly new, affordable community just 6 miles (15 minutes) from the heart of Downtown Austin. Built by KB Homes in the mid-2000’s, homes have open floor plans, large kitchens, double vanities in the master bathroom, walk-in closets and garages. Most of the homes around Los Arboles were built decades before, so this is one of the few neighborhoods you can get newer construction that won’t break the bank. If you’re looking for affordable close to Downtown, you can’t do too much better. Los Arboles is a unique neighborhood of 316 homes that is completely opposite of most everything else in the area.
