Working out near Villa Court can be done at either Gold’s Gym on Ben White or Pure Austin Fitness Downtown. You can also jog at Town Lake Park – even in the summer the trail is shaded so its not too brutal. If you’re looking for alternative things to do for a work out, swim at Barton Springs Pool (free before 9am) or join a boot camp that meets at Arboretum Shores or Zilker Park.
