A newer community of homes in northwest Kyle built by M Signature (a division of Milestone Homes), Sage Hollow is one of the lesser known communities, which means more value for buyers. Sage Hollow homes have a range of lot sizes, which is going to be where a lot of the price differential comes in. Homes that sit on 40 ft wide lots (Indigo Series) are located near the entrance of the community in the center and are the most affordable. Next, you’ll have the 55ft lots (Cobalt Series) which are along the outsides of the community, which give you a little more space between homes. The largest lots (Sapphire Series) are 60ft wide and those are in the back of the neighborhood. Some of the homes have rear entry garages, while others have front entry. Home sizes range from 1,532-3,843 square feet with 3-4 beds and 2-3.5 baths. The community will even have an amenity center with pool, kids playground park and dog park and is something you don’t usually find in neighborhoods this size.
