Tres Tierras is one of the new neighborhoods along the quickly developing Ronald Reagan corridor in north Georgetown. Built exclusively by DR Horton, Tres Tierras homes have a more modern look with angled roofs, stone and HardiPlank exteriors and front facing garages. Floor plans range from 1,297-1,968 square feet and are mostly one story plans, with the exception of their two biggest plans. Inside you can expect open layouts, stainless steel gas appliances and home automation. There are no amenities in Tres Tierras, but the tax rate is low, so if you don’t need a community pool and park and would rather save some money, Tres Tierras is a great place to start your search.
