Parmer Ranch Neighborhood Guide

Parmer Ranch is a new, 454 acre master planned community located at the intersection of Ronald Reagan and Williams Drive. The first phase of the neighborhood will be located on the south side of the intersection and the next phase, on the north side. Developers are planning a 10 acre neighborhood park with a spacious lawn, perfect for sports, picnics or relaxing. There will also be a pavilion, pond and food truck court. At the center of the neighborhood, the world class amenity center will feature a resort style swimming pool, host events and classes and include a variety of spaces for social gatherings. Plans also include a future amenity center and on-site Georgetown ISD school. At build out, there will be 1,000 homes in Parmer Ranch and builders will include Empire Communities, Gehan Homes, GFO Homes and Sitterle Homes. Parmer Ranch is one of those communities where people who bought early will be happy they did so as I can see this one going up in price fairly quickly once the first residents move in. The neighborhood has it all and is easily accessible to Georgetown and Leander. If you’re looking for a master planned community, but don’t want to be too close to an urban area, Parmer Ranch is a great place to start your search.
