Located off SE Inner Loop in Georgetown, Pinnacle broke ground in 2006 and was completed in 2016. Main Street Homes started the project and by about 2010, Pinnacle became a DR Horton Homes community. The majority of the homes range in size fro 970-2,200 sq ft, but we do see a handful of the more recently built homes as big as 2,950 sqft. Homes are both one and two stories, have brick or stone fronts, but paneled sides and rear. There were few mature trees when the land was developed, so the majority of the trees there are young and immature. That is changing, especially in the older sections where the landscaping has had a chance to mature. Residents also enjoy access to a community park and pool. Whether you’re a homebuyer seeking the perfect place to settle down or a real estate investor searching for your next opportunity, this guide will give you an insider’s look at what makes Pinnacle a standout community. From recently built homes and community amenities to bustling coffee shops and a lively dining scene, Pinnacle is designed for people seeking both comfort and community.
