Easton Park Neighborhood Guide

Easton Park is a new community being developed by national developer, Brookfield Residential. If you are familiar with Addison in Southeast Austin or Blanco Vista in San Marcos, those are both Brookfield Residential projects. Easton Park will span 1,500 acres and is only 12 minutes from Downtown Austin in 78744. At build out, there will be nearly 5,000 homes and over 10,000 new trees planted, so it won’t look like a sterile, new home community. Of the 1,500 acres total, 300 will be dedicated parkland. Currently, Easton Park is being developed by 7 of Austin’s highly rated builders: Brookfield, David Weekley, Newmark, Highland, Pacesetter, Perry and Taylor Morrison. Each builder will have their own set of floor plans, level finish out and lots. Homes built will range from about 1,500-3,000 sqft and will sit on 50′, 60′ or 70′ wide lots. If you’re looking for the newest version of Circle C that’s both close to Downtown and convenient to the airport, dining and shopping, Easton Park might be the best place for you to start your search. This comprehensive Easton Park neighborhood guide will take you through what the community looks like, the homes and builders you’ll encounter, the experience of living in Easton Park, amenities, commute options, local favorites, and why so many buyers turn here for their next chapter. Discover how this master-planned Southeast Austin neighborhood offers more than a place to live.
