With the first homes selling in 2023, Heritage is one of Dripping Springs’ newest communities. Built by M/I Homes and Tri Pointe Homes, two builders who are fairly new to the Dripping Springs area, Heritage brings more affordability to one of Austin’s more expensive suburbs. With some smaller lot sizes and homes that are typical of new homes in Dripping Springs, buyers are able to get into this neighborhood for less than virtually all other new communities nearby. Though more affordable, homes are still finished out with some nice touches that go above and beyond what we usually see like blinds, cabinet hardware, keyless garage door entry, high ceilings and Ring Doorbells. Floor plans range from 1,400-3,318 square feet and include 2-4 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms. Most plans offer a two car garage. Amenities will include an amenity center, resort style pool, splash pad, playscape, pocket parks and trails.
