Built in the 2000s, Deerfield Estates is a community of luxury, custom homes built on 2 ½ – 5 acre lots off Fitzhugh Road. Though these homes are custom built, you will find a lot of similar features like high ceilings, beams, open floorplans, gourmet kitchens and many of them have a rustic country feel inside. Outside, you’ll find all different architectural styles and many of them have swimming pools and outdoor living areas. With its close in location, sizeable lots and highly rated school district, you don’t see much turnover in Deerfield Estates. Once residents move there, they typically don’t leave. Deerfield Estates is located off Fitzhugh Road just east of Highway 12. To get to Deerfield Estates from Austin, take 290 to Fitzhugh Road and make a right. Make a right on Hannah Drive.
