One of Dripping Springs’ newest master planned communities, Big Sky Ranch is a unique collection of both single family homes for sale and single family homes built to rent. The majority of the community is for sale and built by Meritage Homes. Homes in their Heritage Collection are a little smaller, ranging in size from 1,637-2,325 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and starting in the high $300k’s. Homes in their Reserve Collection are larger, ranging from 1,747-3,355 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms and starting in the high $400k’s. In coming phases, there will be an Executive Collection with even larger homesites. The community sold its first homes in 2020 and building continues today (September 2023).
