Stoneridge is a community built by Taylor Morrison and David Weekley in the mid-late 2000s. Both builders built multiple floor plans of 1-2 story homes ranging in size from 1,374-3,360sqft with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms. In Fall 2014, David Weekley added an additional 40 homes to Stoneridge, so you will find some newer construction that completed in 2020. Outside, you’ll see brick and stone on the older homes and some HardiPlank on the newer homes, giving them a more modern look. Trees have had a chance to mature in the older section, so you won’t just see house after house. There will be some greenery to distract your eye. There are also sidewalks, making it easy to walk around the neighborhood. Residents of Stoneridge enjoy access to 5 acres of green space, a community park with kids’ playground, sports field, basketball court and picnic pavilion.
