Built from the mid 2000s to today (2022), Stonewall Ranch is one of Liberty Hill’s traditional master planned communities. The HOA does maintain a community pool, splash pad, playscape and basketball court at the end of Stonewall Parkway, giving residents a place to cool off during the summer or shoot hoops. The majority of the neighborhood was built by Taylor Morrison, but other builders included Armadillo Homes, Buffington Homes, Lennar Homes, Megatel Homes, Pulte Homes and RSI Homes. Lots are only 40′ and 50′ wide, so you won’t have too much yard space to maintain. Homes range in size from 1,308-3,995 sqft with the majority of them below 3,000sqft. Some streets have garages in the back with alley access and others have traditional front facing garages, giving the neighborhood some character.
