Grayson is technically in the city of Liberty Hill, but homes have a Leander zip code and mailing address. Built exclusively by Century Communities beginning in 2017, Grayson is one of Leanders most affordable options. Build out occurred in 2020 and the neighborhood finished out with about 100 homes. Grayson homes range in size from 1,163-2,633 square feet, with an average size of 1,698 square feet. Lots range from 0.109-0.261 acres, with an average and median size of 0.14 acres. Outside you can expect a lot of HardiPlank siding painted in blues, greens and whites with some stone accents. Inside you can expect a range of finishes depending on what the first owner picked. You may see some wood look tile, others with carpet and others with a vinyl plank. Kitchens are ample size, especially when you consider the size of the homes, and often have large center island, stone or granite counters and painted cabinets. Grayson residents enjoy amenities that you’d find in more expensive neighborhoods. The developer is building a resort style community pool with outdoor kitchen and will fully stock a fishing pond. There are also parks and hiking trails close by if you’re looking to enjoy nature. Grayson is the ideal choice if you’re looking for affordability in the Leander ISD, but don’t want to give up access to amenities. Scroll Down to Read our Grayson Neighborhood Guide.
