Valley Lake Hills is one of the neighborhoods in the Deer Creek Ranch Parks and Lakes HOA. Membership in the HOA is voluntary, but it does include lake privileges and park access for less than $100/year. Mots of the homes in Valley Lake Hills were recently built, and we are seeing an increase in brand new construction. As development heads west on Hamilton Pool Road, the Deer Creek Ranch neighborhoods are filling in.
