Shady Valley Neighborhood Guide

Located west of Downtown Dripping Springs, Shady Valley attracts buyers looking for a more Texas Hill Country feel, but don’t need several acres. Homes sit on 1 ½ – 2 acre lots, so they’re big enough not to feel right on top of your neighbor, but close enough to still feel like a neighborhood. Built in the mid 2000s, homes have floorplans today’s buyers are looking for and a varied architecture, so the neighborhood does not look cookie cutter. Homes are modest sized, most of the being under 2,000 sqft, which keeps them affordable. If you’re looking to be out in the country, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, but still want to be close to basic amenities like restaurants and shopping, Shady Valley is an ideal choice for you.
