Caliterra is centrally located just south of Ranch Road 12 in Dripping Springs, making it convenient to both Dripping Springs and Downtown Austin. While most Dripping Springs residents have to drive 20+ minutes to grocery shop, Caliterra residents will drive 4 minutes. The best restaurant in Dripping Springs, Creek Road Cafe and best sandwich shop and bakery, Rolling in Thyme and Dough, are also only minutes away. If you’re looking to go Downtown for a show, you can get there in about 35 minutes. The great thing about the Caliterra location is you will see minimal traffic on 290 all the way to Downtown.
