South Grove is a neighborhood 49 homes built by Meritage Homes beginning in 2015. Though there are no new home sites left, you can sometimes find a resale home in the neighborhood. You can expect homes ranging from 1,450-2,500 sq ft. Pricing was in the high $200,000s when released, but will be significantly higher now due to the market uptick. South Grove is an ideal place to start your search if you’re looking for a smaller community in Southwest Austin and don’t want a 40 year old home.
