Davis Hill Estates is a small Southwest Austin neighborhood of about 80 homes just south of Davis Lane at Escabosa Drive. Most of the neighborhood was built in the late 1990s, which makes it one of the newer neighborhoods north of Slaughter Lane. Residents are drawn to Davis Hill Estates because of the low price per square foot, low turnover, mature trees and landscaping and prime location. Homes range in size from 1,662-3,547 sq ft with 3-5 bedrooms, 2-3 baths and 2-3 car garages and come in 1 and 2 story floorplans. Davis Hill Estates does not have it’s own amenity center or community pool, but nearby 350 acre Mary Moore Searight Park and Garrison Park offer swimming, disc golf, trails and sport courts which satisfies most residents.
