The first, and closest, is Brodie and Slaughter where you’ll find Galaxy Cafe for casual dining and Maudie’s Hacienda for TexMex. There are also several options, like Satellite Bistro, Waterloo Icehouse, Mangieri’s and a new Asian Fusion place called Blue Bamboo in Escarpment Village. With the new Parkside Village restaurant and shopping slated for the end of 2011 at Slaughter and MoPac, there will be even more dining options available.
