Thaxton Place is a popular Southeast Austin neighborhood built by Main Street Homes and Texas Capital Builders in the late 2000s with building continuing in 2013. Homes are on the smaller side, less than 2,000 sqft, but are generally laid out pretty well to utilize all of the square footage.
