University Heights broke ground in 2022 and is built exclusively by Scott Felder Homes. At build out, there will be 70 homes, a community pool, pond, open space, picnic area and hike and bike trails. Outside homes have a traditional look with brick, stone and stucco front exteriors and HardiPlank on the sides. Homes range in size from 1,574-3,574 sqft, so there is a floorplan for someone in every stage of life. Located at the end of University Blvd near 130, residents have the option to head west on University Blvd to easily access the shopping and restaurants near 35 or head east and be on your way north or south on 130. If you’re looking for a smaller community but don’t want to sacrifice the amenities you’d get in a large, master planned community, University Heights is a great place to start your search.
