Built in the 1980s, Shadowbrook is one of Round Rock’s best kept secrets. Homes sit on large, 1/3-3/4 acre lots, so residents have space to spread out a bit. Trees are mature and many of the lots are wooded, so you will get more privacy and shade. And, tucked away behind Cimarron and Round Rock West, really no traffic other than residents and guests are riding through, so you can walk around the neighborhood despite not all of it having sidewalks. The majority of the homes are in more original condition, so they are ready for someone who wants to create their own space. With only a handful of homes to chose from, and the fact that most residents buy and stay for a long time, you won’t see too many homes for sale in Shadowbrook. So, if you find one, you might want to act quickly.
