Forest Ridge is an established Round Rock neighborhood in the Forest Creek area of Round Rock. Built in the late 1990s and 2000, you’ll find larger than average lots at 1/5-1/4 acre, mature trees, wide streets and sidewalks. Most of the homes are between 2,000-2,500 sq ft, though you will find a few larger and smaller here and there. Man of the streets are cul-de-sacs, so you’ll get minimal traffic on your street. Plus, located right off Red Bud Lane and Forest Creek Drive, residents have easy access to 79 and 45. The neighborhood does have an HOA, but it is very affordable compared to other HOA’s and does include access to a community pool and park.
